Simple requires deep thought, discipline, and patience – things that many advisors and companies lack.

Roger S. Balser is the Founder and Managing Partner. He is the architect of the firm’s investment strategy.

Prior to forming Balser Wealth Management, LLC in 2005, Mr. Balser was a Financial Advisor for McDonald Investments, a firm he joined in 2000. From 1991 through 2000, Mr. Balser was a Financial Consultant and Consulting Group Associate at Smith Barney (formerly E.F. Hutton). He managed investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and corporate retirement plans. He earned a BA from Baldwin-Wallace College and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary from Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh in 1985 and 2004, respectively.

Mr. Balser has been has been profiled or mentioned in a number of publications including CNN Money, Financial Advisor, Consumers Digest, PlanSponsor.com, Defined Contribution News, , Buzzzoodle.com and NeverEatAlone.com, Crain’s Cleveland Business. Aside from his professional career Mr. Balser has been a volunteer for organizations including Community West Foundation "Gift of Life", Rocky River United Methodist Church Trustee, and Rocky River Rotary. He has been a coach for Avon, Ohio Girls Softball and Football, Boys Baseball, Football and Soccer.
